Terms of Use

By downloading, installing, or using Lucky Draw (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes on devices you own or control, in accordance with Apple’s App Store and Google Play rules.

Usage Rules

• You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or distribute the App.
• You must comply with all applicable laws, including U.S. export regulations.
• Free users: 3 draws per day per mode (wheel, card, scratch ticket, etc.), up to 6 items per custom list.
• Pro Subscription: HK$8/month or HK$38/year (auto-renewal unless canceled at least 24 hours before renewal).
• Lifetime One-Time Purchase: Available in multiple discount variants (full price, 80% off, 50% off, 30% off, 90% off). Purchasing any variant permanently unlocks Pro benefits (ad-free, unlimited draws, unlimited list items). Payments are processed via App Store / Google Play. Purchases are final and non-refundable except as required by law or platform policy. To prevent duplicate purchases, the app uses local checks and prompts users to "Restore Purchases" first.

Third-Party Services

The App integrates Google AdMob, Unity Ads, and Pixabay. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

Termination

This license is effective until terminated. It terminates automatically upon violation of these terms. Upon termination, you must delete the App.

Maintenance and Support

We are not obligated to provide updates, maintenance, or customer support. Apple and Google have no such obligation.

Disclaimer of Warranty

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL LIABILITY FOR ERRORS, DATA LOSS, OR SERVICE INTERRUPTIONS.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, neither we nor Apple/Google shall be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

Apple as Third-Party Beneficiary

Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms. Upon your acceptance, Apple may enforce these Terms against you.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, without regard to conflict of law principles.

授權

我們授予您有限的、非專屬的、不可轉讓的授權，讓您在您擁有或控制的裝置上，僅限個人、非商業用途使用本應用，並遵守 Apple App Store 或 Google Play 的規則。

使用規則

• 您不得複製、修改、反向工程、反編譯或散布本應用。
• 您必須遵守所有適用法律，包括美國出口管制規定。
• 免費用戶：每日每種遊戲模式（輪盤、卡片、刮刮卡等）限 3 次抽獎，每個自訂列表最多 6 個項目。
• Pro 訂閱計劃：每月 HK$8 或每年 HK$38（自動續訂，除非提前至少 24 小時取消）。
• 終身一次性購買：提供多個折扣版本（原價、80% off、50% off、30% off、90% off），購買任一版本即永久解鎖 Pro 權益（無廣告、無限抽獎、無限列表項目）。付款透過 App Store / Google Play 處理，購買後無法退款（除非符合平台退款政策）。為避免重複購買，我們在應用內實作本地檢查機制，並提示用戶先點擊「Restore Purchases」恢復既有購買記錄。

第三方服務

本應用整合 Google AdMob、Unity Ads、Pixabay 等服務。您使用這些服務時，需遵守其各自的使用條款與隱私政策。

終止

本授權自生效起有效，直至終止。若您違反本條款，本授權將自動終止。終止後，您必須刪除本應用。

維護與支援

我們不承諾提供更新、維護或客戶支援。Apple 或 Google 亦無此義務。

免責聲明

本應用按「現狀」及「可用」基礎提供，不附帶任何明示或默示擔保。我們不對錯誤、資料遺失或服務中斷承擔責任。

責任限制

在法律允許的最大範圍內，我們及 Apple / Google 不對因使用本應用而產生的任何間接、附帶、特殊或後果性損害負責。
